Peanut Butter & Chocolate Cookies

We have just discovered SORTED and their amazing recipes and couldn't resist making their
Unfortunately, we only had one egg and didn't have any crips, so we substituted it with corn flakes. It turned out very nicely; very crunchy on the outside and soft in the centre of the cookie. We also added some peanut butter with cornflakes on top for some added crunch! Yummy.
We really LOVE this recipe; it's so easy and yet incredibly delicious.
