8" chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream
For a little girl's 3rd birthday, we were asked to make an Elmo cake! We use wilton no taste red food colouring for the vibrant red!
We absolutely love how his fur and the fondant details turned out! Can't wait to try this design with other characters like cookie monster!
Fur was hand piped and the facial features were made using fondant
