Tennis Cake

Quite honestly this cake was extremely tiring to make and involved a lot of patience.

Here's why:

1. The tennis balls were made individually. That's right, Dalia rolled out tiny green balls and thin strips of white fondant to make those tiny buggers.

2. You may think cutting letters out of fondant isn't a big deal. Let me tell you, it was an extremely long and painful process. Drove me cray cray.

BUT, at the end of the day, we love how it turned out. I'd say we definitely ace-d it.
Really makes it all worth it. Phew.

Ladybug Cake

How cute is this Ladybug themed cake?

Making the Ladybug
We used a 6" Wilton Ball pan to make the body.
(We got our pan from Amazon.com)

These were 6" & 8" vanilla bean cakes crumb-coated with chocolate ganache.
